Track your order

Check where your order is at any time. You need two things:

• Your order number. It starts with SC, like SC-1A2B3C4D, and is shown on the page you see right after you pay. You can also use the receipt number from the payment receipt email, like 1234-5678.
• The email you used to pay.

What the steps mean

• Getting ready: we have your order. It goes to our supplier once your payment has fully cleared, usually in 2 to 5 business days.
• Being packed: our supplier has your order.
• Shipped: it is on its way. You will see the tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. Tracking can take a day or two to start showing updates.
• Delivered: the carrier says it arrived.

Shipping updates here are checked about every 30 minutes. If something looks wrong, see contact us.
