Do you carry plus sizes?
Yes. Sizes depend on what our US warehouses have in stock. Many items go up to 2XL or 3XL, and some go up to 5XL. We add more plus sizes as we find them in US stock. Choose "Plus sizes" at the top of the shop to see those items. Some larger sizes cost a little more, and the product page shows the price for each size.
How do I pick my size?
Use the size guide and the measurements on each product. If you are between sizes, choose the larger one.
When will my order arrive?
Each product shows its own estimated delivery time, counted from the day you order. It includes getting your order ready and shipping. See shipping for details.
Shipping note: We just opened! Orders placed now take about 2 to 3 weeks to ship while we get started. After that, most orders ship within about a week.
Where do items ship from?
Every item ships from a supplier warehouse in the United States, to US addresses only.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is free in the US on orders of $50 or more (your items after any discount). Under $50, it is $7.99 for the first item + $2.50 for each extra item. Your cart shows the exact cost before you pay. See shipping.
Do you have a senior discount?
Yes. If you are 60 or older, you get 10% off a small group of selected items (15 right now). In your cart, choose "I'm 60 or older: use the Senior Discount", or type the code SENIOR10. Item pages say when an item is eligible, and the cart shows the discount on each item before you pay. It does not apply to shipping or to any other item, and only one discount can be used per order. In some carts, an item on this list may show its regular price; the cart will tell you before you pay.

What is the daily drop?
New pieces are added every day. The countdown at the top shows when the next drop starts.
How do I pay?
On a secure payment page run by Stripe. You can pay by card, and by Apple Pay or Google Pay where your device offers them. We never see your card number.
Is this site easy to use with a screen reader or keyboard?
Yes. Everything works with a keyboard alone. Use "Text size" and "High contrast" at the top of every page; your choice is remembered on this device. Every picture has a text description. If anything is hard to use, please tell us.
Can I return an item?
Yes. You can return unworn, unused items in their original condition (with tags and packaging) within 7 days of delivery. The shopper pays return shipping, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Email shopstarrcart@mail.grokbot.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and item name, and we will reply with return shipping instructions. Once the returned item arrives and is inspected, we issue a refund to your original payment method. See returns and refunds.
What if my item arrives damaged, wrong, or does not arrive?
Email shopstarrcart@mail.grokbot.com within 30 days (with photos if an item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong) and we will replace it or refund you in full at no cost to you. See returns and refunds.
