Terms of sale

These are the rules for buying from StarrCart. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Who we are

StarrCart is a small online store in the United States. Our products are made and shipped by outside suppliers.

Buying

• You must be 18 or older to buy.
• Prices are in US dollars. Standard US shipping is $7.99 for the first item + $2.50 for each extra item, or free US shipping on orders of $50 or more (counted after any discount). The price, shipping, and any sales tax are shown on the secure payment page before you pay. The amount on the payment page is what you pay.
• Senior Discount: shoppers aged 60 and up can take 10% off the selected items listed in our FAQ with code SENIOR10 or the Senior Discount button in the cart. It never applies to shipping, it cannot be combined with any other discount, and some items are not eligible. The cart shows which items are discounted before you pay.
• Your order is accepted once your payment goes through. If an item turns out to be out of stock, or a price was clearly a mistake, we will tell you and refund that item in full.
• We may limit quantities or refuse an order, for example if we suspect fraud. If we do, you get a full refund.

Products

• Product details, sizes, and photos come from our suppliers. Colors can look a little different on different screens.
• Sizes vary by product. Check each product's size chart before you order.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. See our shipping page, including what happens if your order is late.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds follow our returns and refunds page. Unworn, unused items in their original condition (with tags and packaging) may be returned within 7 days of delivery; the shopper pays return shipping and original shipping charges are non-refundable. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, or never arrives, email shopstarrcart@mail.grokbot.com within 30 days for a free replacement or full refund.

Our responsibility

If something we sold you is faulty, damaged, or does not arrive, we will replace it or refund what you paid for it, as described in our policies. This does not take away any rights you have under the law.

We may update these terms. The terms shown when you place your order are the ones that apply to it.
