Returns and refunds
Here is how returns and refunds work at StarrCart, in plain words.
7-day return window
You can return unworn, unused items in their original condition (with tags and original packaging) within 7 days of delivery.
How to start a return
Email shopstarrcart@mail.grokbot.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the item name. We will reply with return shipping instructions.
Return shipping
The shopper pays return shipping, and original shipping charges ($7.99 for the first item, plus $2.50 for each extra item, on orders under $50) are non-refundable. Orders of $50 or more ship free.
If you used the Senior Discount, the refund is the discounted price you paid for the item.
To help pick the right fit before you order, check the size guide and the measurements on each product page. If you are between sizes, choose the larger one.
Refunds
Once the returned item arrives and is inspected to confirm it is unworn and unused, we issue a refund to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
Damaged, wrong, or lost items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, or never arrives, email shopstarrcart@mail.grokbot.com within 30 days and we will replace it or refund you in full at no cost to you.
For a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please send:
- your order number or the email you used to pay,
- clear photos of the problem, and
- a photo of the package and its label.
If tracking stops moving, or your order has not arrived 10 days after the latest delivery estimate, email shopstarrcart@mail.grokbot.com and we will look into it with the carrier and the supplier, and replace or refund it in full at no cost to you if it is lost.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel for a full refund until we send your order to our supplier. That is usually 2 to 5 business days after you pay. Email shopstarrcart@mail.grokbot.com as soon as you can. After it is sent to the supplier, we cannot cancel it, but you can return eligible unworn, unused items within 7 days of delivery.
