About StarrCart
StarrCart is a small family business run by a mom of 5 with baby number 6 on the way. We built StarrCart to be a department store at your fingertips, with clothes in sizes for every body, jewelry, shoes, home and kitchen finds, learning supplies and holiday picks, all in one place on your phone. New trending items are added every day, and everything ships from US warehouses. Our dream is to someday soon grow StarrCart into a real boutique department storefront. What we sell
Clothing for women and men, plus sizes, jewelry, shoes, accessories, home, kitchen, learning supplies and holiday picks. Use the department buttons at the top of the shop to go straight to a section.
New picks every day
We add new trending items every day, and some older ones come off. If you see something you love, it may not be here tomorrow.
Ships from US warehouses
Every item ships from a supplier warehouse in the United States, straight to you. We ship to US addresses only. Each item shows its own delivery estimate, and the exact shipping cost is shown in your cart before you pay.
We just opened, so first orders take about 2 to 3 weeks to ship.
Sizes for more bodies
Many of our styles come in plus sizes. Many items go up to 2XL or 3XL, and some go up to 5XL. Sizes depend on what our US warehouses have in stock, and each item lists the sizes we sell. See the size guide for how to measure and which items run small.
Easy to use
The whole store works with a keyboard or a screen reader. Use "Text size" and "High contrast" at the top of every page, and your choice is remembered on this device.
If something goes wrong
- 7-day returns: you can return unworn, unused items in their original condition (with tags and packaging) within 7 days of delivery. You pay return shipping, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Email shopstarrcart@mail.grokbot.com with your order number and item name for return shipping instructions.
- Damaged, defective, wrong or lost item: email shopstarrcart@mail.grokbot.com within 30 days (with photos if an item arrived damaged or wrong) and we will replace it or refund you in full at no cost to you. See returns and refunds.
- Cancelling: you can cancel for a full refund until we send your order to our supplier, usually 2 to 5 business days after you pay.
- Paying: you pay on a secure page run by Stripe. We never see your card number.
